We are delighted to offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
If you would like to return your item please contact us at email@example.com. State your name, order number and the reason for your return. This must be within 30 days of purchase and the item unworn and in new condition (including undamaged packaging and stickers still in place).
If you opt to return an item we will issue you with a store credit for the same amount or a full refund (cost of sunglasses only). The item will be returned with shipping at your own cost.
We do not offer any returns for 'sale' items. We also do not offer returns on sizing issues (as we are an online retailer, it is the customer's responsibility to check the sizing of the sunglasses prior to purchasing online).
All specifications of our products are listed on the product pages. As we are an online retailer, it is the consumer's responsibility to double-check that they indeed want to purchase the product based on the images and specifications.
At this stage, we do not offer returns for orders with discounts/sales of 20% and above as this allows us to give you the best possible prices. Thank you for understanding.
